The site features automatically updating listings of the current properties available in the sub division, home plans to give potential buyers some ideas for building a new home in Bell Creek, as well as information about the local area, the neighborhood, and the builder. It was a pleasure working with Gail on this project and the site should prove invaluable for the marketing of the Bell Creek Subdivision as we continue to watch its visitor statistics and adjust page content for better search engine rankings, a unique feature of our development services.

The Ward Team, Real Estate III, Fishersville, VA

The Ward Team helps property buyers and sellers with RealEstate in Staunton Va as well as the surrounding areas including properties in Fishersville, Virginia as well as in the broader Shenandoah Valley RealEstate market. The Ward Team hired Fieldstone Software to re-design and host their site. When we first started working on the site, it was comprised of mostly images and looked very nice. Unfortunately, the site was not seeing much traffic from search engines becuase it did not contain enough text and useful information. Fieldstone Software redesigned and expanded The Ward Team site to include more useful information. We also optimized that information to target specific search phrases that would drive targetted search engine traffic to the site. Between June and August of 2006, we lowered the site's bounce rate by 71%. Another way to put it is we retained 71% more visitors than the previous site had retained. We continue to adjust their content to increase their traffic from search engines. We also have several new site features planned to increase the useful nature of their site.

Its good that we can do so much tracking and we can relay that information on to our clients. Some of them still think their listings should be in the Sunday paper every week and we are trying to get them to think differently. I would like to see our newspaper advertising budget decrease as we continue to advertise our web site. We can offer so much more information on each listing if they would check that out.
