Experienced in software patent research, we’re able to assist patent attorneys when they require an expert to evaluate the claims of their client’s patent against the existing use of technology by a third party.  We investigate the third party technology using any and all public domain resources we’re able to obtain and compare it to the claims of the patent.  If an infringement can be argued, we provide a detailed map of how the third party is infringing on the patent’s claims.
