Be honest, you don’t get much done on Fridays anyway, right? Come join us for a relaxed learning workshop on how to take care of your own website!
We’ll discuss all the basics of publishing content to the Internet. We’ll start in the morning with a review of everything you need to get started with a website. We’ll walk you through maintaining a site from adding content, managing a blog, social media, and everything in between. In the afternoon, we’ll discuss search engines like Google, how they work and what you need to know for your site to rank well in them. We’ll walk through some practical examples of optimizing your website pages for Google.

If you don’t have a website yet, no problem! The training day is the perfect opportunity for you to experience maintaining your own site. We’ll set up live practice sites for you to work with during the training day so you can get your hands dirty while we’re there to help and answer all your questions.
